in PP – PP Danline – ScanRope – Nylon or PES delivered in rolls or already fitted with a spliced terminal
CONNECTION PLATE
The 30-45mm thick connection plate is made of galvanized steel with calibrated holes for inserting the shackle pin. The plate is supplied with a zinc anode on the underside.
BUOY CHAIN
Hot-dip galvanized with diameters from 13 to 30 mm, DIN 5685 mesh, long or sponge cake. Grade 30 or 40
BUOY
Rotary molded PE mooring buoy with closed cell PU foam infill to ensure unsinkability. Cylindrical or truncated cone. Buoyancy boost available: from 250 to 2600 liters.
The buoys can be supplied with central galvanized steel rod or central tube for chain or pass-through rope
They are all equipped with eyelet and swivel at the ends.
SHACKLES
Hot-dip galvanized steel heart shackle with stainless steel nut, locknut and pin. Sizes from 2 to 25 tons WLL.
THIMBLE AND OVAL RING
Open or tubular in galvanized steel with a diameter adapted to the diameter of the synthetic rope, high resistance Grade 80 ring with a diameter of 16 to 36 mm for connecting the shackles
